Awesome news with Big Easy as we join forces with the SOUL ROCKS crew upstairs at The Queen Of Hoxton.
Bringing together a fashion and music minded crowd, the coming months are set to be the best yet with the opening of the Roof Terrace (with toliets!!!), new acoustic sessions on the roof before the main action kicks off in the basement with the headline acts.
Last month saw Los Charly's Orchestra storm the stage and Jazzie B (O.B.E) take a strong hold the decks.
The lineup for the next three months include the formidable Funk 8 piece SIZENINE, the 'out of this world' funk soul brothers 'THE NEUTRONICs', cross over act MR DISFIT - making SOUL with ALT ROCK and the almighty ARUBA RED have all been confirmed.

So exciting news today Los Charly's Orchestra (check em out at myspace) are confirmed to play March 3rd at my next Big Easy night! Woop woop - gonna be huge. DJ Jorge Montiel to join Lucy La luz and me on the decks for a night of latin influenced, jazz, funk and soul. It's Queen of Hoxtons Birthday week as well so big celebrations on the 3rd - make sure you make it down!!!
Yo! So it's been a while - Im hard at work writing new songs and sending out demos whilst juggling looking after 2 little ones now - new addition to the family - my step daughter India, who's come to live with us in London, so I've got double trouble to contend with now. BUT if anything's gonna make you work harder to achieve your goals - kids will...gotta give them a good role model so they can fly in life too!
Looking forward to November's BIG EASY at Queen of Hoxton - new acts to perform, and although I wont be playing this month, I am organising it all still - so be assured it's gonna rock!

Yes, YES! What a wicked BIG EASY the last show was! Juan Zelada's debut EP launch 'The Story of Stuff' released at our second BIG EASY show...and what a night it was. Managed to leave while I could still remember where I left my marbles...
So to the next Big Easy night - this is something I have launched with Insomnia Music management - a night of REAL music, No additives - yeah, just what it says on the tin.
We had Phonejacker compare the last party and play host, an amazing audience so into hearing classic songwriting and fantastic live musicianship on stage, and then topped the night off with Lucy la lUZ who DJs with me, keeping the crowd and the bands throwing shapes on the dancefloor til way past the witching hour.
